Our Exchange/Return Policy
If you’re unhappy with the home design ideas in our products, you may exchange or return any items you purchased from us or received as a gift.

To arrange an exchange or full refund of any product we delivered by e-mail, please contact us at 800-979-3224 or exchange@extraordinaryhomes.com.

To arrange an exchange or full refund of any product we delivered to you by postal mail, return the product to ExtraOrdinary Homes, 2675 West Highway 89A, #1241, Sedona AZ 86336 with a note requesting an exchange or refund. We’ll ship the exchange you request, or issue a credit for the original product cost via the original form of payment, within one week of receiving your package.

You are responsible for the shipping costs back to us of the products you return. However, if you’re returning a product because we shipped you an item you didn’t order, or that was not bought for you as a gift, we’ll pay the return shipping costs. Before you return any such item to us, it’s important that you contact us at 800-979-3224 or exchange@extraordinaryhomes.com.

The License Rights That Accompany Every Publication You Purchase
Your purchase of every ExtraOrdinary Homes publication includes a license that allows you to share it with your immediate family and your home remodeling or building project's professional advisors.
